A very well written and articulated article. I think part of the rape culture is caused by the amount of free porn that encourages rape and sexual violence against women. Some videos are straight rape porn and others, just as disturbing, is where the woman starts off saying no, fighting back but as the rape progresses ends up enjoying it. Often she ends up climaxing once or multiple times.

We must discourage our young people, as well as older gents, from believing this is acceptable sexual conduct. This type of online porn continues to perpetuate the male belief that deep down all woman really want to be raped, or taken against their will. It is the old “Please. Don't. Stop. Please. Don't. Stop. Please don’t stop!” modernized.

The ever-increasing popularity of family porn, usually stepdad-stepdaughter, or stepson-stepdaughter often includes forced sexual acts( oral, anal, intercourse) against the stepdaughter. Sometimes it ends with her climaxing and crying or as mentioned before, enjoying the sexual acts and encouraging more of the same. I find both very disturbing and am concerned about what it says regarding our culture. Especially the influence it is having on our young men and women.

If you have children nearing that age where ‘The Talk’ is needed, please let them know in no uncertain terms that non-consensual sexual acts are wrong. No means NO means NO every time. No exceptions.
